Prague, Czech Republic — 11th August 2025 – The European Youth Forum proudly announces the launch of the 2025/2026 season of Best World Dance Group (BWDG)—Europe’s most inspiring and inclusive dance competition for youth and young adults. After a record-breaking 2025 season, the upcoming final in June 2026 promises to take the experience to the next level: European Dance Championships in Disneyland (France) 12-19 June 2026, World Dance Championships in Mirabilandia (Italy) 17- 21 July 2026, in one of the best locations in Italy: Mirabilandia Park in Rimini.
Over the past year, thousands of dancers from around the world took part in the BWDG qualifiers, showcasing exceptional artistry, innovation, and dedication. From solo performers to elite ensembles, the 2025 competition was fierce and inspiring. Performances captivated international audiences both in-person and online, and many of the best moments will continue to shine on the BWDG website and across global social media throughout 2026.

What’s New for 2025/2026?
The BWDG 2026 season features expanded qualifiers and new European host cities, offering more opportunities than ever for dancers to participate and shine. Key highlights include:
- European Best World Dance Group 2025– Porto, Portugal (November 21-24) Perform in one of Europe’s most beautiful cultural capitals.
- European Best World Dance Group – Disneyland Paris (June 12-19) A once-in-a-lifetime experience to dance in the magical surroundings of Disneyland.
- World Cup Best World Dance Group 2026 – Mirabilandia, Italy (July 16–20) The grand stage for finalists, with professional theater performances and full access to one of Italy’s most loved amusement parks.
How to Qualify?
All dancers must qualify for the 2026 Grand Finals through:
- A national qualifying round in their country (where available), or
- A video submission is available for countries without live events.
Participants are divided into age and skill categories, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere for every level of dancer—from beginner to elite.

BWDG offers a complete developmental experience, including:
- Workshops & masterclasses led by world-renowned choreographers

Now, dance schools and academies have a new opportunity to showcase different ages and dance styles in one number, creating a comprehensive dance presentation for the whole school.
